Hey Von’s Comics Customers!

It’s not very often (or ever) we have actual comic book creator signings but one week from today, March 30th, we’ll be having professional comic book penciller Bernard Chang as a guest in our store.

He’ll be here promoting the new Secret Identities: The Asian American Superhero Anthology book. He draws arguably the best story(and arguably the funniest) in the collection, The Citizen written by Greg Pak of Incredible Hulk and Hercules fame.

Don’t let my previous comments fool you. There are a lot of other great stories in this collection. Gene Yang(American Born Chinese) and Sonny Liew’s The Blue Scorpion & Chung is an equally well written and well drawn tale. Jeff Yang and A.L. Baroza’s A Day at Costumeco and Kevin Wong and Tiffanie Hwang’s Justified will have you in stitches.

We’ll also have a ton of other comics and graphic novels featuring Bernard Chang’s awesome talent such as Wonder Woman.

So please support this event by coming in to meet Bernard Chang and  picking up a copy of Secret Identities or any of the other great Bernard Chang comics we’ll be offering and get them signed.  Based on how successful this event is we might be able to have more.  So come in and show your support for Von’s Comics, Bernard Chang, and Secret Identities.
